Welcome to DigiKartz (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website at https://digikartz.in and our digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
DigiKartz provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, web design, and related services. Service scope is defined in individual client agreements and proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, and necessary access to accounts and platforms required to deliver agreed services. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly retainer services are invoiced in advance. We reserve the right to pause services on accounts with outstanding invoices exceeding 14 days.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, and deliverables created by DigiKartz remain the property of the client upon full payment. Original methodologies, templates, and frameworks developed by DigiKartz remain our intellectual property.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
6. Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing results vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, and client-side factors. DigiKartz does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Case study results represent specific client experiences and may not be typical.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiKartz’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which any claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are liable for fees incurred up to the termination date. Setup fees and advance payments for work already commenced are non-refundable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
