Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all digital marketing services provided by DigiKartz, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

1. Service-Based Nature

DigiKartz provides professional digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content creation, and web design. Due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in these services, our refund policy reflects the service-based nature of our work.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer fees (SEO, Social Media Management, Google Ads management) are non-refundable once the service month has commenced. Clients may cancel future months with 30 days written notice.

3. Project-Based Work

For one-time projects (website design, content creation, audits):

  • Cancellation before project commencement: 100% refund of advance paid
  • Cancellation after project commencement but before 50% completion: 50% refund of total project fee
  • Cancellation after 50% project completion: No refund applicable

4. Ad Spend Budget

Ad spend budgets paid to DigiKartz for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms are passed through to the respective platforms. Any unspent ad budget at the time of cancellation will be refunded within 14 business days after deducting management fees for the period worked.

5. Unsatisfactory Deliverables

If a deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no additional charge (up to 2 revision rounds included in all packages). If issues persist, we will work collaboratively to resolve them. Refunds for dissatisfaction are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • Third-party software or tool subscriptions purchased on client’s behalf
  • Setup fees and onboarding charges
  • Work already delivered and approved by the client

7. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, if any, are borne by the client.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email us at info@digikartz.in with your company name, invoice number, and reason for refund. We respond within 3 business days.
